The Hammer Throw Handbook Perfect Paperback – December 16, 2013

A fantastic review on technique, training methodology and the science behind training throwers. I believe it's a great companion book to the Shot Put hand book. I would recommend reading the Hammer Throw book first. It goes into a bit more depth on process, design and the science behind hammer throwing.I think this is probably the most thorough book I've read on the subject.I would love to see a Discus book round out the set.

Really a great and extensive resource on training for the hammer throw.
