This is my second time purchasing this garlic powder and it's great stuff.It is powdered, which is different than granulated (which is more like salt in consistency). I find it gives more garlic flavor to dishes I add it to, than granulated.Fresh and flavorful, this stuff is great to add to most dishes. The large container is great for sprinkling right into your cooking or using to refill smaller bottles.These big containers are the way to go. Better price and plenty of garlic to keep you stocked for a while. I'll certainly purchase another once this current one has been used.

I use garlic powder in everything I cook. This brand of garlic powder has always made the food taste better. This garlic powder is a much finer grind, almost powder consistency so you don't have to use as much.

I'm gluten free. I had absolutely no bad reaction to this garlic and it tastes fresh and super great. I like that I can quickly add it to my dinners and cook up something really yummy really quickly. It's a lot in this container but don't be feared it really does go a long way and you will go through it faster than you can ever imagine. It just taste that great. Badia is a great brand and they have a great attention to Quality, detail, and have a great presentation for the garlic powder. I'm super happy to use this on all of my cooking that garlic is needed and even sometimes we'll use it in addition to fresh garlic or minced garlic. I like how easy it is to use, how fast it came in shipping, and how great it tastes. It's a little more powdery than granulated but I don't mind, I still like it and think it still turns out great in my cooking.

I use a lot of Badia spices when cooking dishes. This was a good price however the seal wasn't good. I had the powder on my other items. I will buy it again.

I have never seen any garlic as pulverized as this. It is as fine as talcum powder. That being said, it is great stuff...flavorful!
