Wagner ThermoQuiet MX914 Semi-Metallic Disc Brake Pad Set

The Wagner semi-Metalic is top of the line! It’s said that semi metallic have more noise when applying the brakes and dust. I haven’t seen that at all. I wanted pads that would not fade when pulling any kind of load. And I wanted the best heat dicipation available. These brakes are amazing. If you’re using the cheapest brakes you can get, you’re risking damage to your front impact zone. I had a pair of the “cheapest” pads available on my 98 Nissan Altima (no ABS). While driving on the freeway at 70 mph, I needed aggressively brake to avoid a collision. My plan was to let the wheels just lockup (no ABS), then let up so the wheels weren’t skidding. All I felt was brake fade. And my car kept going.I replaced my pads that same day with Wagner semi metallics!!

Comes with all that you need to replace your brakes for a very good price. I've used semi-metallic pads and they're usually noisy but not like these Wagners, they're very quiet.

They fit and worked perfectly, especially for the price, they was so much cheaper than the parts store.

Thought i needed these but the pads i bought a year earlier were barely worn

I am very happy with these brake pads and strongly recommend them to anyone considering buying them. They fit perfectly on our 2003 Honda CRV and the installation was simple. They appear to be very high quality as well and hopefully will give long life as well.

This set is quality and comes with the needed plates, shims and grease.Glad I purchased this Wagner brand instead of a lower or higher cost option

Not too shabby at all for the price. Better than cheap pads from the autopart stores.

Didn't fit on my car because was the wrong caliper on it (the 6 cylinder version). Didn't try it, but seams good quality for the price.

It was the wrong size. However I checked 10 times to order the right size and the right car.Their guide to select your car is unreliable. However, I even checked different years for my car and it still says it is the right one.

Great quality brake pads, been using Wagner pads on multiple vehicles for years and they never disappoint. Quiet and long lasting, highly recommend.
