Good for oiling pocket knives
Used it to lubricate a few multitools and pocket knives I have. Really loosened everything up. Like new again.

Love Hopps, Love the Bottle
I have only ever used Hopp's #9. Great product, great value. I had the squeeze bottles that came with the basic cleaning kits before. I wanted something with more accuracy. This bottle was great and did everything I needed. Allowed me to get into the trigger area on my AR easily. Offers good protection. Great buy!

Great lubricating oil.
This is my go to lubricating oil, but for some reason, I think they changed the ingredients for the recipe because it’s a bit more yellow than clear like I remember, but seems to work great either way.

Amazing applicator, but it just for that!
I bought this a year or two ago and at the time many reviewers were raving about how amazing the bottle/applicator was. Now I totally get it. The precision of the fine metal tube application is unparalleled, never clogs, and allows for very minute amounts of oil to be applied. I’ve used it on pocket knives, door hinges and garden pruners (not a gun owner) to great success. I bought a refill for it but am still on the original amount, will last for years at my current usage rates.All that to say, this is a great product in an amazing package. Buy it and see for yourself.

A great lubrication bottle that I use a lot!
I love the small nozzle tip of this bottle for touch up lubrications of my pistols and my AR15 rifles. I purchased several bottles of this and store them in tall empty medication bottles in my field gun bags. I also keep one in my armorers tool bag. This is a great product and I recommend it.Great gun oil in the perfect bottle to reach into those hard to get to spots. I like the small thin tip of the bottle to apply oil in the slide slots of my pistols. The tip is the perfect size to reach into small areas and apply drops of oil on areas of the trigger and hammer.This is the perfect bottle to hold your favorite oil for your guns and rifles but I prefer the Hoppe’s #9 oil. I found it to be a great lubricant that doesn’t harden or get gummy.After I clean my weapons I use this applicator as the final step to lubricate the key areas of the weapon so I can confidently store it and know that it is really to be used when I need it.Not only do you get to put the oil where you need but you do not over lubricate your weapons.I just gave a bottle of this to my son for his guns.
