There’s not a lot I can say about this. It was easy enough to install in my desktop P.C. , fast, and so far has worked perfectly.

This SSD transformed my MacBook Air. On everyday usage as a student it works great. I haven’t run any heavy programs yet but interns of speed definitely a big change. I have core i5 and 8 gb ram despite that it’s flawless and prompt.

I purchased this nvme really for extra storage of my battlefield games.( Battlefield1,3,4,5,) Having upgraded from a Samsung 850 pro ssd 250gb .Does this nvme drive enhance,speed up performance? Not really.Load games quicker! not really .Improve performance when gaming? Not really. So the samsung 850pro was the best ssd anyway, so i was not surprised ref performance .ps I have also installed another fan below this drive as it can get warm when using samsung magician software to test for performance.When im gaming it runs at aprox 38/45 degrees so its good.Hope this helps :)

Samsung has always produced great products and their NVME SSDs are top of the line. I upgraded from the Samsung 860 EVO SATA, and though from SSD to SSD, I still can see a performance boost. Initially, i was concerned the m.2 SSD was heating up to around 50 deg C seen in the Samsung Magician App due to insufficient airflow being so close to the motherboard, which got me worried about the heat affecting the lifespan of the product. But after a week, it has settled down to around 38 Deg C, which I am still not sure of the reason. But overall, great product, great price from Amazon, and great performance!

In total a very good drive if you are looking for a main drive and it has DRAM cache which helps a lot in delivering the required performance. Only consideration is if you are going to use in a desktop build i would recommend installing a heatsink as it reaches high temp levels when under heavy load. for laptops i would recommend googling the solution for using a thermalpad before installing it under you laptop heatsink.
