The battery fit my computer perfectly and is maintaining a good charge. A very good investment for the price.

Works great and fit perfect on my dv5-1000 series HP Pavilion. My laptop is back in business!! Very happy with overall experience. Check the voltage to make sure you got the right one. Other sellers had same model/case but different voltage. This one is exactly what I was looking for. mAh seem higher than original, which may help having a longer lasting charge. Overall good purchase thus far!

Battery came at 70% charge. To condition, attempted to discharge to exactly 7% after fully charging per instructions but laptop shut down when battery reached 11%, going from there to 1% very quickly. Still, the battery life is excellent at about 2.5 hours on average, so no worries. I raised the Windows 10 reserve and critical battery level %'s to assure that battery is never fully discharged, just to be on the safe side.

So far the battery is working good. Pop the battery in fired up the laptop oh, it said it had 71% battery life. Ram it down to 7% per the instructions, then put it back on the charger and charge it back up to 100%. I haven't really used the laptop yet to see how well the battery is doing Bart and the initial charge when I first put it in it seemed to last well over two hours.

The battery don't last long you got to keep clog the laptop to keep a charging when you try the battery it don't last one hour on the laptop it die basically you got to keep the laptop plugged up to be able to use laptop if you unplug it 10-15 minute the battery going to die on you it don't take full charge not too good I am not happy

The media could not be loaded. So far I really like my battery this is my first time replacing the battery in my lap top. My Orrington battery finally died on me at first I was going to put it in the shop then I Tallassee it could just be the battery. I did my research and this battery had the best reviews. There's always going to be someone not happy with something so I focused on the positive more than negative. This company had the best overall reviews I got it the very next day put it in my lap top and wala I had power again. Now I didn't read the instructions immediately but it's cool I hope I didn't do any damage. But I'm allowing it to fully charge before using it.
