The scanner is excellent. Excellent program features, and exceptionally fast. Oh, but it's LARGE, though. So be aware when space planning. I bought it refurbished. However, I would not suggest buying something this expensive refurbished. If I had a re-do, I would buy it brand new so as to get the warranty.

I would have said this was a terrific scanner until the latest round of Windows updates (Windows 10). The scanner has been like a rock. It always just does its thing and plugs away. Never a hiccup. Now, it gives a "Cloud and SharePoint server settings must be reconfigured" and craps out. I tried deleting the software and reinstalling. No dice. It still fails. And just try to find a phone number for Panasonic to help on this. There isn't one. Anywhere (at least as far as I can find). You are on your own here. So I have a $3,000 paperweight right now. If anyone figures out this problem, please speak up.
