Im no Chef so I cant give detail that you may be looking for. All I can say is I am happy with this cooking oil and will not hesitate to buy it again. Very good price as well

Amazing.
I used this for Thanksgiving to fried turkey and it is the most affordable oil that I have found. Went on Amazon just to check for cheaper frying oil because of the inflation and this is by far the best.

Great price and easy delivery. Tastes is mild and has a high flash point. Good for frying as well as baking and dressings. Will always use Amazon brand. Well unless the price exceeds other retailers. Happy with purchase.
