During three weeks in the hospital with "Complicated Diverticulitis" (a hole in my colon which formed an abscess), I was put on a diet with almost no fiber so my colon would have a chance to heal without working hard. After I was released from the hospital, I had to stay on that low fiber diet until healing had gotten far enough along, and I was told to increase fiber because I need to avoid constipation as the main way to avoid a repeat of that experience. My history with fiber has been that it constipates me, so I can't say I was encouraged. The doctor suggested I try a powdered fiber supplement to help me, which was scary. Thus, the search began. I realized the supplements I'd taken in the past had all contained psyllium, so I went looking for a different kind of fiber supplement, which is when I stumbled across GoBiotix Fiber Boost on Amazon. There were enough reviews on it to give me the idea: there's no psyllium in it, It's tasteless, it dissolves in liquids, and it's a good idea to start gradually. I decided to give it a try. I began with half a scoop (which is provided in the bottle) twice a day to get 5g towards my goal of 21g/day (the rest from fruits and veggies ... a baked apple has 5g of fiber!). After nearly two weeks, I'd gradually increased the dose to a full scoop, twice a day (one in my morning coffee and the other in a bottle of water I drink each afternoon). Well ...I had no idea I was so full of _ _ _ _ ! Once I reached the two scoop mark, my whole digestive track worked all day long, with no pain or stress. I also didn't experience any gas or bloating. Instead, I just added this stuff to my routine daily drinks, and got a good "cleaning out", as well as an increase in my energy. I'm sold: This stuff really works.

I decided to try this bc I read about the need to feed our good bacteria in order to help with thorough elimination and healthy gut function. I have tried so many products over the years. Some make you rush to the restroom and have issues for days. This product is the first one that feels nourishing and healthy. It is really gentle, but effective. I’ve had weak digestion my whole life and was not a premier baby (my mom thinks that is why). As a result of taking this I feel healthier in my tummy/gut. I now eliminate fully and easily each morning and maybe once or twice more throughout the day. I take it once in the morning on an empty tummy and mix one scoop with either cold or warm water. It’s slightly sweet and blends easily. I’ve added it to shakes as well but I prefer the results when I drink it plain, first thing.I highly recommend it. I’m only on my second container, but it’s still working perfectly for me. I traveled without it for a few days and noticed a difference and was happy to return home to use it again.

I’ve been searching for a good fiber supplement for a while, and I’m happy I found GOBIOTIX. The taste is mild and easy to mix into smoothies, oatmeal, or just water. It dissolves well without that gritty texture you get with some other brands. After about a week of use, I noticed a real difference in my digestion — everything feels more “regular,” if you know what I mean. It’s also nice knowing I’m supporting my gut health naturally. Bonus points for being plant-based and clean with no weird additives. If you’re on the fence, I’d say give it a shot. It’s become a part of my daily routine, and I’m feeling better for it.

I was nervous about this purchase as I cannot stand the taste of fiber. Added a scoop to my coffee and there was simply no taste, whatsoever. Helped with bloating and being more regular.

Just started this 3 days ago and have already seen results with bowel movements. I have tried so many fiber products, so far this one has gave me to great results I’ve been needing. Hope it continues 😌 and the best part is I can put it in any drink since it dissolves a there’s no after taste to it which is awesome. Thanks for this product I will continue getting it as long as it keeps doing well for me

Just got it. This may be a good product, but the colors used on the jar make it very difficult to read the instructions etc.

This fiber supplement is a lifesaver! It’s totally tasteless, so it’s easy to add to drinks (hot or cold) or food. It’s helped me feel less bloated and has even given me more energy. Plus, it’s super easy to mix, making it a no-fuss way to boost my fiber intake.

There is virtually no information available about the GoBiotix process or ingredients. The cofounder of the company is a marketing strategist with no experience in health or science. In March of 2024, the company was served by the state of CA for not having a Lead warning on their products. Verbatim from the letter: “This letter serves as notice that the partieslisted above are in violation of Proposition 65, the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic EnforcementAct, commencing with section 25249.5 of the Health and Safety Code (“Proposition 65”). Inparticular, the violations alleged by this notice consist of types of harm that may potentially resultfrom exposures to the toxic chemical Lead. Lead was listed as a developmental and reproductivetoxin on February 27, 1987 and listed as a carcinogen on October 1, 1992…”. It is not proof that GoBiotix contain lead, but it is definitely a potential red flag. This was specifically for their GoBiotix Greens N’ Reds Superfood product.They also have no “About Us” or any company information on their website. You have absolutely no idea what you are ingesting. It’s understood companies have proprietary formulas, but this company has virtually zero transparency. The product may help you feel better, but at what price for the things you cannot see and feel that could be doing harm? Quality is so important!
