Works just fine. Have the Generation 1 4K 65 in Samsung

So, so easy to use and setup. Literally, looked on the back of my tv, found the corresponding code on the supplied insert, pushed some buttons, viola! So, 2 minutes setup.

This remote was compatible and works very well and looks like the one that came with the TV.

I have 2 samsung tv's, bought within the past year. The buttons for fast forward, rewind, play and pause are very small and I was hoping to find a little larger remote with some larger buttons to make it easier, I hate having to look at the remote to make sure I'm pushing the right button. This remote helps the situation. It is about 5 inches larger than the oem remote and the buttons are larger. It worked right out of the box, placed batteries in and pointed at tv and voila, it works perfectly. It's been only a few days, but, should anything change, I will follow up. At this point, I am planning to purchase a second one for the other tv, because I am bringing this remote back and forth. Recommend for the ease, quality and price.

We live in a day and age where things are incredibly fool proof. This is one of those devices as far as setting it up. Popped in some batteries, pointed it at the tv and go. You have to have the remote pointed directly at it in order for it to register. I did not deduct a star for this as this is not a deal breaker for me. Took me a few times to realize this was the issue when it wouldn't register my command as the original remote did not require such demands. However since I am wearing out the buttons, it was time for a new one. Opted for this one after reading many reviews and balancing quality and price. Would purchase again. In case size matters, I included a photo with a tape measure. Remote fits comfortably in my hand and all buttons are easy to reach with my thumb.
