Finally, a supplement that's easy to swallow!
My doctor recommended I take a glucosamine supplement for my aging knees years ago. I've tried many different brands, and I really like this one. It has the glucosamine, but also the other 2 ingredients my doctor suggested: chondroitin and hyaluronic acid. I've been taking this brand for almost a year, and my knees don't give me any trouble at all. The best part of it is the easy to swallow capsules! So many supplements are huge pills that choke me, but these capsules are great.

Great supplement
I've been using this Glucosamine Chondroitin supplement for several years now. I do a lot of active activities (indoor rock climbing, ninja obstacle training) that are hard on the joints. I'm in my mid 40s now and I was starting to feel soft tissue burning. I started taking these after a recommendation from a trainer and they are great. They have greatly reduced the strain I feel and sped up recovery time on off days.

Easy to swallow.
I like that they are easy to swallow and you only have to take 3 capsules. Also it is very affordable. It does seem to help me with my arthritis pain.

the best joint health supplement I have tried
I am a physician with the usual aches and pains. I found this product, having all the essentials and proper amount for joint health including Hyaluronic acid, the one we inject in joints to bring back the fluidity and cushion for movement. It also has the safest and natural antiinflammatory component in it, turmeric with no known significant side effects. I introduced it to my patients and now scores of them ask me to buy it for them ( no profit, of course) as they like the comfort they feel. I have bought so many of it I feel like a storekeeper. Thank you for formulating this product for us.

Most bang for your buck
I've been using this product for years now, since shortly after my shoulder surgery, and it works quite well. I'm surprised to see any negative reviews, honestly. I haven't found any other supplement that contains this wide variety of muscle repair, joint strengthening, anti-inflammatory compounds in one. I already take a lot of supplements and it's nice to not have to take three different things to get the same result as this one.I definitely recommend.

Great for my dog!
These work like a charm! I have a 15-year-old coon dog. A few years ago he started slowing down, not running/moving as fast, and looking at stairs like he dreaded them. Basically started hobbling along. He's an old guy with lots of miles of running under his belt. After giving him 2 a day for about 3 days, he started running again. Now he's all wags and smiles!

Contains Cheap Fillers Silicon Dioxide/ Magnesium Stearate
This product is NOT RETURNABLE nor REFUNDABLE _and has CHEAP FILLERS SILICON DIOXIDE/ MAGNESIUM STEARATE which Speaks Volumes. Why are they adding cheap fillers? While they are rare, silicon dioxide side effects are possible. This can include symptoms of allergic reactions and possibly digestive problems. One potential concern with nanoparticles found in foods (which includes silicon dioxide in addition to compounds like silver, titanium dioxide, iron oxide and zinc oxide) is that some research suggests they may trigger GI problems, such as leaky gut syndrome, as well as DNA and cell damage when ingested long term. More research is needed regarding these concerns, because as of now we don’t know much about the long-term impacts of eating nanoparticles on a regular basis. Here’s another distinction to point out: The type of silica found in foods is different than crystalline silica, which is a component of soil, sand, granite and some other mineral. Long-term exposure to crystalline silica can potentially be dangerous to the respiratory system, contributing to lung-related damage and disease, so anyone who works in close contact with this compound needs to be careful to handle it properly in order to prevent side effects.People who are most susceptible to experiencing side effects due to crystalline silica exposure are those who work in the following industries: mining, steel, construction and While they are rare, silicon dioxide side effects are possible. Risks and Side EffectsIs silicon dioxide safe to consume? The FDA considers silicon dioxide in food to be generally safe for human consumption, as long as it’s consumed in small amounts. Is silicon dioxide a carcinogen? There isn’t evidence that the type used in foods contributes to cancer formation. The Environmental Protection Agency has stated that crystalline-free form of silica poses “minimal risk” to humans.
