A Must-Have for Gamers and Computer Enthusiasts!
I recently invested in the Gunnar Premium Gaming and Computer Glasses, and they have exceeded my expectations in every way. Blue Light Blocking (5/5): These glasses live up to their promise of blocking 65% to 98% of blue light. As a gamer and someone who spends long hours in front of screens, I've experienced a significant reduction in eye strain and discomfort. These glasses have been a game-changer in making my screen time more comfortable and less fatiguing. Style (5/5): The Gunnar Premium Glasses are not only functional but also stylish. I love the modern design, and I've received compliments on their appearance. They add a unique touch to my gaming setup and make a statement that I care about my eye health. Comfort (5/5): These glasses are incredibly comfortable to wear for extended periods. The lightweight frame and the non-slip grip ensure that I can focus on my games or work without constantly adjusting them. Build Quality (5/5): The build quality is top-notch. These glasses feel durable and well-made, which is exactly what you'd expect from a premium brand like Gunnar. They are an investment in both style and eye health. Versatility (4/5): While primarily designed for gaming and computer use, I've also found these glasses to be great for reading and any activity that involves screen time. However, they may not be the best choice for outdoor use due to the yellow tint. In conclusion, the Gunnar Premium Gaming and Computer Glasses are a must-have for anyone who spends extensive time in front of screens. They offer an exceptional balance of style and functionality, providing effective blue light protection without compromising on comfort. Whether you're a gamer, a professional, or simply someone who values their eye health, these glasses are a fantastic choice. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to elevate their screen time experience.

Good for reducing eye fatigue
This glasses is perfect for long use on screen times. It helps reduce headaches and eye fatigue. It’s not heavy, you can wear it prolong at least 7-8 hours before your eyes and ears start hurting. You will see dark orange

Health benefits to blocking blue light
The frame and lenses seem to be made with high quality, strong material. These glasses fit great and the lenses are a decent size to cover your eyes and block potentially damaging light. I have trouble sleeping at night and have read that the blue light from computer/phone screens and the flicker rate from LEDs mess up your sleep and nightly healing processes by affecting your melatonin production. I decided to give these a try because I unfortunately have a lot of screen time. Only downside is that I need glasses to see clearly and these don't fit over my glasses, also when I try to overlay them over my glasses all the coatings and bifocal levels in my glasses conflict with the coatings in the Gunnar shades and make it blurry and uncomfortable to see through. It's nothing against the Gunnar shades, they are doing what they are designed to do. I can use them fine without my glasses to watch TV or other tasks besides up-close computer and phone usage

Prefer for outdoor
The shade color it’s a little too dark for in indoor gaming, but it’s comfy and light weight, great for outdoor activity.

AMBER MAX - they're dark
Why are these blue light glasses are so controversial? Some love them. Some say they are worthless. Some say they are overpriced junk. The last one I sort of agree with. I believe they are overpriced a bit but so are a lot of things branded for "gaming." I've been using a pair of Gunnar Phantom Onyx Marco for the past 4-5? years or so. They do help me with fatigue and eye strain over long periods of time compared to not using them but everyone reacts to light differently. The phantoms are supposed to be very lightweight, flexible and have a full wrap around the eyes. They are supposed to fit under large over ear headphones without interfering with the cup seal. When I do have headphones on, they stay in place but without, they would slide around and I found they kind of just got in the way. Here's where the intercepts come in. They are a bit more conventional with their arm shape. I find they don't interfere with headphones in the slightest. They fit my head very nicely and the nose pads are comfortable for ME. Not everyone is going to like them. They're glasses not a T-shirt. When you go to the eye doctor's office, you try on a dozen pairs to see what feels right because they sit on your face all day. You need to forget your wearing glasses or else they will end up in a drawer. They are sturdy but they kind of feel like semi-cheap sunglasses. The lens wraps around enough to fill my peripheral vision which is important to me. They have less magnification than my old Phantoms which I also like. I got the amber max and they are pretty dark. I got used to them after a day or so but at first I found myself bumping into stuff in dimly lit rooms. They are basically light sunglasses but I like them. I sit in front of 4 large monitors blasting me with light. If you're working on a single laptop inside, maybe don't go for the max. The regular amber will filter out a decent amount of blue light. Here's a quick way you can see how they work! If you have a hue bulb or some other color changing light source, set them blue and put the glasses on. The luminance of the light will drop. Change the light to say purple. With tthe amber max glasses, you should see them change to a pink hue. Teal will turn to a light hue of green. This demonstrates the glasses stopping the blue light from passing through the lens. Its kind of like a B&W photo lens filter for your eyes. One thing to note, If you rely on your eyes to do any kind of color work, don't get a tint. They will shift the color a bit as stated above. The amber's will shift very slightly and the max's will shift a lot. It seems obvious but I figured I would just put it out there.

GUNNAR never dissapoints!
Amber lenses! I want to start by saying i have had the yellow lense pair for over 5 years and I absolutely loved them! I tried another brand with amber lenses and the lenses were horrible. I returned those came to my senses and stuck with GUNNAR and purchased these. I was NOT dissapointed and I absolutely love them! I can see yellow highlights on these glasses still and my other brand you could not at all. These aleviate my eye strain completely as well and for context i work at home on 3 screens sometimes 4 for 8-10 hours a day. There is 0 reflection of myself in the lenses and they are easy to clean.
