i have been using this for a bit now and do not see any difference. I dont like the lack of instruction and clarity what little is given. I did follow up on Tube for better understanding. I have found the cavity with lights i get an intermitten shock when moving in circles which I dont think is a good thing since the instructions said you should not feel any. So My question is IS MY PRODUCT DEFECTIVE? Please let me know what you think.Also when using the gloves i dont feel anything at all, which also makes me feel the product is defective.Along with the cord works it way out of the jack.

I bought this product as a gift to a friend who already had it but lost it, she told me that the main function of it is to create heat in the round metal part to be able to proceed with treatment, it never worked, she left it on for almost an hour and never created heat. I guess it was damaged from factory, I spoke to Amazon Customer Service and they did a refund on the money. Also, the instructions to use are not written in correct english and most indications contradicts the previous one. My friend had to watch several tutorials on you tube to make sure she was using it correctly, all of them said you re not supposed to use it on your face (exactly this product) and half of the promise of the product is to use it on your face. Anyway, I'm just telling what happened to the person I got it for, I didn't have interaction with the product myself.

I haven’t had this product very long (bought this in May) when it stopped working. I was already passed my return window and asking Amazon for a resolution. They gave me a link to the seller. Got an email from them and they stated that they don’t sell this item. I am very frustrated to be paying for something that costs so much that stopped working and it didn’t even last 6 months. What a rip-off!!

I was very excited to get this device and the reviews seemed favorable but I must be one of the few with problems. First the device shuts off after a few minutes ( I read that in a review) and it didn’t pass the water test:(. I heard great things about their customer service and hope to return for a new device.

Definitely worth it. I got this for after lipo & it feels so good to massage. Helps with swelling

Really annoying translations are not done by professional from Chinese to English. And half the bottoms have no instructions whatsoever

I chose this one because of the six functions and I told myself I wasn't buying the least expensive one so it might be better then the others. I alternated every other day on my arms and abdomen for more than a month with no results. I did the test with the bacon fat and the test with the water nothing happen. So this now sits in my bathroom cabinet collecting dust. On the up side, it did come in a pretty box. Absolute waste of money for me.

This thing is TRASH. It doesn’t do anything it says it will. It doesn’t even work. I’m so sad I didn’t return this in time to receive my refund. Such a waste of money.
