For those trying to reduce pressure on lower back/SI joint/coccyx this is a great product when used as intended. The tailbone cutout is great, the shape of the pads are great, and the adjustability range is great.Second method: sit backwards, rear on the knee pad and elbows on the seat. Before this purchase, I often sat this way to pull up on my spine a bit with my elbows to reduce the pinching in lower vertebra, but its often painful for my knees and elbows to do it on the floor and there hasn't really been a good way for me to get in this position especially at the computer while watching videos...but this chair works absolutely perfectly!Comfortable for the knees and elbows because of the pads and the chest/gut support of the "seat", and with everything at just the right angle to pull the pressure off my hips and lower back.Cons:It would be nice if the angle and position of the knee pad were independently adjustable rather than adjusting the seat and knee pad at the same time, but that's really a very minor concern.

Wasn’t hard to assemble, reasonably comfortable. But two of the wheels fell apart after only two days of use. When the wheels broke it scratched my floor. Guess I’ll see if I can find some better quality wheels to repair it with. Would not recommend unless they start using better quality wheels!!

I got this chair today and assembled it fairly easily. It seems so much more comfortable than what I’ve been using. I can definitely tell my posture is better and anticipate good results in the long term. Problem is... one of the castors fell apart after sitting in the chair for a few minutes. Any possibility of a replacement castor? I recommend the seller use sturdier parts... weight capacity is advertised as 230 and I’m far from that.

I was so excited for this chair but unfortunately the wheels broke off within 3 uses. The chair itself is very comfortable though and the cushion is thick.

Good for the price. A bit squeaky. Nice padding.

My old one broke. This one is better. The cushions are thicker and is more comfortable on my legs. Back pain is gone and helps my posture. The seat cushion is thick enough that most of my weight is still on my bottom and not my legs so very comfortable; on my old one my rear would start to hurt, but not this one!

Came in discolored under fabric, but did not return because my back hurt and I did not want to wait. Now the wheels fall off and the wheel locking mechanism constantly engages without me touching it. Not worth the money at all.

3 / 5 stars. I purchased the cloth version of this because I didn't want to deal with how fake leather breaks down, and the breath-ability of the leather vs cloth. The product works. It came with a few scratches on the black paint (legs) which was strange. The seat cushion is a little thin, so you will feel it on the back of your legs - I highly suggest that you also purchase the "Coccyx Orthopedic Memory Foam Seat Cushion with Anti-Slip Bottom" with this, because it's a great cushion and alleviates the issue of the thin cushion. The plastic wheels are absolute garbage and I expect them to denigrate shortly. If anyone has a link for quality replacements that work for this chair let me know because I'll buy them. Overall, I do suggest this chair in the cloth version but ensure that you get an added cushion for it. I did a lot of shopping and reading reviews on Amazon before the purchase and I do think that this is the best kneeling chair that they currently offer.
