Not very forgiving for a first timer.\Great color for a baby yoda.
I got this brand and tried to learn to crochet... I got it down after a bit. But, I'm reviewing in third person .. See I'm new so I don't know what's good or bad, but someone helped me and she is an old hand at crochet. Her input is this it isn't very forgiving there isn't much give in the threads so when you get a tight stitch there isn't enough give when you have to stitch into that same stitch later. But, overall it feels nice to me and the finished product feels good and looks good. SO I'm happy with it I've also tried other mixes of red heart and have been told they are better. SO the brand is good, my choice of composition and project were bad for a first timer.(Great color for a baby YodA)

My favorite yarn for dishcloths.
This yarn is 100% cotton, soft, and twisted nicely. I like this yarn much better than Lily Sugar & Cream. Scrubby Smoothie yarn twist does not separate when knitting like Sugar and Cream does. It is softer but still gives good texture to the knitting stitches. Usually have to buy this yarn online as it is not available at a retailer in my area. Usually not a good price on Amazon but this one was at the time of purchase. I will buy more whenever the price is reasonable.

Surprisingly soft! Nice to work with!
Color: •Brite Pink- closely resembles Caron's Simply Soft 'watermelon' color. Vibrant & pretty (not neon)•Tan- I was hoping more khaki but still nice (similar to Red Hearts acrylic 'buff/beige' shade but has very very slight peach hue to it)Softness: much softer than Lily's cotton yarn & a bit more pliable (perhaps bc it's made in China & Lily's cotton is grown in U.S.?)Thickness/density: Med 4-ply & recommends 5.5mm/I-9 hook (note: thickness seems a bit it's thinner than Lily or Peaches & Creme which recommends a 5mm/H-8?)Weight: says 3.5 oz/100g /153yds (note: ball is smaller than a ball of Lily or Peaches & Creme 2.5oz/70.9g/120yds as seen in the picture)Softness: softer than Lily (in the middle between Lily & Premier cotton blend yarn)Nice to work & more pliable than Lily. Soft enough for blankets or worn projects but I prefer Lily for durable projects that may require more structure (i.e., amigurumi or dish cloths)

Easy to work with and soft to the touch
This soft cotton yarn is a pleasure to work with. I meant to make washcloths but ended up making infant clothes. It's too soft to hold a shape very well, but if comfort rather than style is your goal, this is a good choice.

Colorful and soft
(I'm trying to write a review for every product I buy, as a way to pay it forward for how helpful I find everyone's comments and ratings. Some reviews are easier than others)Red Heart has a bit of a reputation for low-quality, low-priced yarn, and it's not entirely unearned. However, this is absolutely beautiful, soft and as brightly colored as pictured; a lot of RH (especially super saver) has a tendency to be scratchy or unravel, but this held together beautifully.

Like a Soft Cotton
I love this yarn. It is 100% acrylic but it feels like a soft cotton. I've used it to make dish towels and hats. It is as bit pricey. The skeins are not very large.

Good cotton yarn
Cotton yarn that is soft and has a good hand is rare. This smoothie scrubby yarn is the softest cotton yarn I have found. It looks great crocheted. Loved this color combo.

WONDERFUL COTTON
This is one of my favorite cotton yarns to work up. It is a great yarn to use for making kitchen things such as dishcloths, hot pads, towels, etc.
