Perfect compression for shin splints and lower leg hernias. I used these on a two day 18 mile backpacking trip, and they were perfect for keeping my shins from feeling sore or stressed. I also use these on regular days at work or home when my legs are feeling swollen, they help with circulation and the swelling goes down after wearing them for a couple of hours. The sizing guide was perfect for me, I ordered the small and they fit with just the right amount of compression.

I originally bought some of these a year or so ago for my legs. I'm not sure who they measured them for, but an XL is far too small for a 5'11" 240 pound man's calf. On the other hand, they do a great job of relieving the pain from nerve damage in my right elbow and wrist from a job I had 30 years ago. Measure carefully. These fit tight, but they're comfortable. There's no way I can get them past my elbow over my biceps either.

Bought these sleeves (Large) initially for leg swelling but found them to be a bit too tight for comfort so now using them for arm pain. They fit great and comfortable, easy to get on/off and really like the support and material. I'll be ordering another pair in XL for the leg swelling.

I purchased the calf sleeves for my 83 year old Mother. She said they fit perfectly and work very well. They have given her additional support and now she and my Dad have restarted their daily walks to the park!

I measured my calf and these about cut circulation off. I ordered next size up still to tight. I have purchased the next 2 sizes up and awaiting delivery. Material and all feel great just sizing not so good

When you gather them in your hands to get ready to put them on, treat them as if they are sheer stockings. Because when you stretch to pull these TIGHT socks on, you can easily poke a finger into it causing a run. You'll quickly get used to pulling them without digging your fingers into them. I use them when I fly on airplanes to prevent blood clots. I wear then all day in comfort - you forget they're on.

I love the compression I ordered 4 pair and I ordered purple and got blue. Ugh too much of an headache to send back
