Fulfilled claim in a matter of 24 hours of me sending pics and description
Important to note that you don’t contact asurion on amazon seller page... you go to Asurion website. I had to get chat help bc my ebike product didn't have a sku or product number. The gal was super helpful in setting up my claim. I recieved an email within minutes asking for photos and Asurion claim info. I replied to email which doesn't work you have to Click the Button in the email to go to the page to submit your photos. After that I got an email saying your claim has been approved here is your Amazon credit number. Just applied it and bought a new ebike that comes this week yeah!

Way more than I expected!
I normally don't get insurance on a product but felt a rower purchased might need one. So two years and 11 months later, the machine broke just before the insurance ran out. Actually I had forgot about the coverage. But, needing another rower, went through my orders and found the insurance too. Submitted my claim with pictures and now I have a new rowing machine ... Pretty much unexpected and unbelievable 👍🙂

Did exactly what they said they would!
I purchased a Assurion warranty for my bike rack and it failed over time and they were very easy to deal with to make the claim which I could not act on for almost a year. When I went back the claim was still there and all I had to do was pack it up and send it back, on there dime. The claim was resolved quickly and I had my check within the time they told me. I would use them again!

Never purchase insurance from ASURION
This is so disappointing. My 13 year old son saved his money that he made from mowing lawns last summer to be this $300.00 scooter. After 5 months, it plain stopped working. I had purchased an Asurion 3 Year Protection Plan for $33.99. Apparently, they do not cover the battery. After spending HOURS of time on the phone, between my husband and I (both work full time) talking to Asurion and their repair company, they detemined it MUST be the battery because a lot of these are having battery issues, and the battery is NOT covered by the plan. So....we then called Go Trax, they gave us a battery at a discount for $60.00 (Now the scooter has cost $360, plus shipping, plus all of our time), and when we put the battery in, it STILL DIDN'T WORK! I then called the repair company "Light Electric Vehicle Technologies", who said that now that we know it's NOT the BATTERY, we will fix it. So now...hours later, I have to pack it a certain way: going to UPS to make sure we pack it so it doesn't get damaged in transit, then send them a photo of the packaging, THEN the will send me an email with the shipping label. They will not pay for the extra battery, or the packaging, or the time it took to get to this point (and this process is not even over!). As you can see, I will NEVER buy something from GOTRAX or ASURION ever ever EVER EVER again! In fact, I think it's better not to buy these things on AMAZON, but to go directly through the company you are buying from. JUST a sour deal. Bad Bad companies that don't stick to their word, or promises. How can they stay in business with this model? I honestly hope they learn their lessons and start giving good customer service, especially at a time like this. Please don't ever buy a protection plan from Asurion. They do not cover the most essential part of the product, they come up with a story that that part is the problem, when you finally figure out that that part is NOT the problem, then they might fix it, hours and $$$$ later...maybe...we'll see..... Bad company. Don't buy ASURION!!!! PLEASE. No company should be in business that does business like that.

“Asurion Protection Plans” are #1
When my grandson’s hoverboard suddenly stopped working, he was so disappointed. Fortunately, I had also purchased an “Asurion Protection Plan” for the hoverboard. I called “Asurion”, and they resolved the problem immediately! They are an excellent company & I highly recommend them. Their customer service is also excellent! A new hoverboard is on its way, my grandson is smiling again, & I am a very happy customer. Thank you, “Asurion”…..you’re #1!!

Amazing fast service
I had a motorized scoot and used this company for warranty service. The scooter stopped working about 2 years in and I sent my claim in. After just 48 hours the ordered parts and attempted to fix it. Unfortunately they were unable to but sent me 100% of the cost of the item in the form of an Amazon gift card. Was able to get another scooter and you better believe I insured the new one as well. Great fast service and I’m pleased.

Very Responsive
I had bought a new treadmill and, knowing it was a cheaply-made (and cheap) one, decided to purchase a 3-year warranty from Asurion (throughAmazon). When the treadmill failed after two years and I contacted Asurion for a repair, I was afraid I would have a protracted back-and-forth with them, but they responded right away and issued me a full refund on my purchase price. I was impressed, and would definitely consider buying a policy from them again.

Fast Response
I had an issue with my battery that made it unusable. I put in a claim and it was handled immediately. So I ordered a replacement with my refund and it's on it's way, all in just a few minutes.
