As soon as I put these headphones on, I was blown away. These are what I have been searching for this last decade. The noise cancellation - superb. I'm autistic so I know what I'm talking about here, I live most of my life with earplugs or ear defenders on. These bad boys take care of that. I'd actually say these might be too sound-excluding for having just one earbud in the offside ear while cycling (normal earbuds have minimal effect on how much surrounding noise you hear - even two earbuds you still hear more on a bike than in a car according to the science - I definitely wouldn't have both of these in though, we'll see about one). The sound quality - suits me perfectly. My main issue with my previous headphones (twice the price and not even bluetooth) was that the treble and everything high was way too loud and it hurt my ears. These headphones provide a welcome relief - the sound is much better balanced, it's nice. I agree with other reviewers that they aren't the loudest - you can't go loud enough to hurt your ears - but that's probably a good thing for not going deaf or whatever. I have silly ear canals that don't usually like earbuds very much, but these stay in. I've ended up with a mixture of the different accessories that come with it, but that's fine. The range of options is very good. The little case is nifty too. These stay in absolutely solidly - running, turbo trainer sprints, walking about is all fine, and the freedom from wires is very refreshing. The buttons do all the stuff I've always longed for in headphone buttons - you can skip forwards and backwards, change the volume, pause and play. Revolutionary not having to endure a track or stop and get your phone out while running. There's a load of phone call settings too but I've not tried doing phone calls. I've dumped water over my head on the turbo and been out in light rain and they didn't seem upset so far.I've only been using these two days, but I was so excited that I want everyone to have some. I'm tempted to buy three more pairs as backups, and I'm about to get my siblings a set each. Buy them!

I love these. They're literally everything you could want for Bluetooth headphones (unless you want true wireless, in which case you probably shouldn't be looking at this product). The battery lasts days - I've had these for over a year (I kept thinking 'I'll review them when I know what the battery degradation is like. I think it's safe to say so now) and if I've had them on standby all day with more than 8 hours of playback, they might just edge into the red.The range is fantastic, I can't be bothered to look at the precise distance, but I can leave my phone in one room and wander around my house and garden, though I sometimes need to make sure the receiver bit is pointed towards my phone (I have no idea why my body can block signal when walls can't).They're light and unobtrusive, somehow doing without a bulky battery lump like loads of other headphones do, they charge really quickly, and the controls are pretty intuitive and comprehensive.The signal can be disrupted by microwaves and running water but that's not exactly the brand's fault. The one annoying thing is that when the battery goes beyond a certain point, an annoying voice cuts out your music / podcast / conversation every 10 seconds to announce 'battery low' like some sort of intrusive harbinger of doom, basically meaning they're unusable with low battery. I can't imagine who thought this would be a good idea, but as I said, the battery lasts for yonks anyway so it's a pretty occasional annoyance

Had these a little while now and have been using them quite a bit.Easy to connect to my phone.Battery seems to last a while (I use it for two hours a day and charge it about once a week).They sit nicely behind my head and the wire isn't too long.The buttons are easy to use and press even when working out.They sit in my ear really well and are comfortable for a long time.The magnets in the earphones are brilliant for when they are around my neck and not in use, no chance of them just falling off.The little carry case is awesome and very handy for keeping them in.Downside: they sound cuts out if my phone is too far away (in my pocket on the oppositeside of my body, on my hip). And if i turn my head the wrong way it sometimes cuts out, esp when the battery is running low.When the battery is low it interupts your music every few seconds to tell you that the battery is low.Other than that, these do the job and are great for the gym, and for walking/running.

Having used a pair of Beats X for a year (now falling apart!) I thought I would try these. The sound when listening to news and movies is better (to me) than Beats X, the sound being more ‘full’. The choice of tips has given me a comfortable fit, and they are lighter than Beats X. I think the wire could do with being a little longer with the remote moving a little further from the ear. Just a personal preference. I haven’t tried the microphone.The volume buttons are stiffer than on Beats X but perfectly fine. There is a beep when you reach maximum volume, cutting out the sound for a second or so, which is a little annoying. The remote is on the right, which might or might not be your Pencil hand.The battery percentage appears in the batteries widget, which is very useful. It’s showing 90% after about 1.5 hour’s usage.The main weakness I can find is that the sound sometimes stutters when I also connect a cheap Bluetooth keyboard. Not really a problem when just listening to news etc. but would ruin listening to music. (Sound is perfectly fine when I switch off the keyboard. I haven’t tried with an Apple keyboard.) The connection is lost at about 5 metres compared to about 10 metres with Beats X. (Indoors after leaving the room.)In summary a great budget choice so far if you won’t also be using a cheap Bluetooth keyboard, or don’t mind the stuttering when doing so, or the limited range.
