MusicNomad MN703 Premium Valve Oil, 2 oz.

I am an old-school trumpet player and was reluctant to switch from traditional oil to synthetic, but I am impressed. The valves on my trumpet are a tiny bit smoother with this stuff and I have heard it lasts much longer between oiling, but will have to wait and see about that. There is no odor and that is good. I would recommend you thoroughly wipe out the old oil before applying this oil, as I did. I plan to buy more of this brand of synthetic oil.

Ive never used any valve oil other than the cheapest one I could throughout my playing life since middle school and well into my adult playing years playing first seat in all-state, principal trumpet at university, and lead trumpet in various other settings.I wish I paid more attention earlier. This oil lasts long and keeps the valves free of resistance. Used to worry about friction on long sets, or hot or cold ambient temperature sessions. Hot days would wash out the oil sooner. Cold days would somehow evaporate the fluid faster or something.With this oil. I apply once a week now and can ignore it through hot or cold or saliva-ry sessions until the following week!Wish I searched decades earlier. Auditions would have been more precise. Practice and shows would have been more efficient using less time to apply oil. And just the nuisance of discovering that you need it in the middle of a phrase ... could have been avoided so many times in my life.

I’ve used blue juice and other petrol-based valve oils and I find this valve oil great. Synthetic oils are better since it won’t damage your valves. I also found that blue juice oils would leave gunk on the valves, meanwhile this music nomad valve oil does not. Good valve oil and this is my go to now

Este aceite fue la mejor compra que hice para mi trompeta, porque me dura varios días el aceite sin secarse (por ser ligeramente más viscoso) a diferencia de los otros que son más líquidos (casi agua) y se secan muy rápido.Como dato adicional, este aceite TAMBIÉN te puede servir como sustituto de la grasa deslizante para los tubos de afinación, pero es MUCHO mejor usar una VERDADERA grasa deslizante que este HECHA para los mismos tubos de afinación.

古い楽器に使用した際には大変良好でした。ただ、新しい楽器でバルブクリアランスが狭いと思われる楽器（YAMAHA Xeno）の場合は、良好とは言えなかったです。総論としてYAMAHA純正のオイルの方が勝っていると思います。
