Great dumb phone
Brought for my mom, lage screen, large keypad, answers on opening, call ends on closing, easy to use, nice phone for simplicity.

Good phone, a struggle for the sight impaired
Basic old style phone with long battery life. Navigation buttons could do with being clearer. They are a ring around the OK button that my mum struggles with. Don't assume that just because it's basic, elderly reletives will be able to use it. Not really a fault of the phone though but not a phone for someone struggling with their eyesight.

Not as described
This phone was advertised as 'Unlocked' which was not the case. It came as a Tesco Mobile phone and I had a nightmare trying to get it unlocked as Tesco didn't recognise the IMEI or something. Ended up having to send the product back.

Value for money
Ordered this phone for my wife to replace a previous alcatel flip phone, which had lasted 4yrs & was also easy to use & was reliable so if this lasts as long it'll be good value.

Worst phone I've had for performance
Found the texting storage unhelpful. Small memory so had to keep deleting texts. Phone packed up after 18 months. White screen. Never had this happen before, phones always lasted for years. Customer Services did their best to help and explain issues. Poor value for money. Wouldn't buy again.

putting in sim card, cover a bit loose other wise nice phone for back up good sound back lit keyboard which you can turn off in settings reveiw for near new
