So far, everything looks like factory items at a much cheaper price. Disappointed that the side brushes were bent in packaging, and hopeful that they will work...haven’t used them yet, but will be sure to update if they are a deal breaker. Mop pads don’t seem as nice as the originals, but for the price here, they will be fine if the work. Really needed the mop filters, and that has been fine so far. All in all, great price, but packaging needs to be reconsidered.

I ordered these replacement parts for my Roborock E20. The order came quickly, and all of the parts were exactly as I expected. I love the vacuum/mop. The parts are easy to replace and last for a long time.

The brushes (especially the spinning brushes) are bent and split as if they're old and have been used (although they seem clean - They might be unused by just low quality). Haven't used the mop yet so can't comment on them, but the fabric seem different than the original one that came with the Xiaomi product.

Each item looks like an original. Just dislike the packaging. The side brushes are bent and discolored from being in a box. Other than that, it's fine.

Received all the items. 4 stars because there is no paper which shows the procedure of how they can be changed or what's the use of all the items in the package. Otherwise everything is great.
