Since teenager I am consuming tin fish. But before eating we saute the same with tomato and garlic. It turns out very tasty. You can have it as sandwich also or with rice.

Great product! Just a bit curious what "natural oil" really means...
Sardines are a great source of protein, good quality fats and calcium. As they are relatively low in the food chain, they're also known to have very low levels of mercury contamination. The fish is naturally oily and is a bit of an acquired taste. I have tried my share of different canned sardines and have to say these are some of the better ones. The chili helps take away some of the strong oily taste of the sardines. I would say this is better than the other sardines by Golden Prize. I'm just not sure whether natural oil refers to oil from the sardines themselves or some other form of "natural oil"...
