I take vitamin E and vitamin B at night to help stop the tingling in my hands that I think is being caused by carpal tunnel syndrome. If I don't drink too much alcohol (more than 2 glasses of wine) it works a treat, otherwise the tingling wakes me up but not with the burning pain that I had before I started taking the vitamins. I bought the Tocosorb because it is a full spectrum vitamin E with both tocopherols and tocotrienols. Probably I should give up alcohol but haven't reached that stage yet :-)

Been using this for ages and it nourishes the skin well, sometimes I open up the capsule and apply directly to my face.

These arrived quickly and all seemed fine. I'm told by a doctor that mixed tocopherols/tocotreinols are better than just one type and these capsules are mixed.

This product was highly rated on amazon so I bought it when looking for vitamin E. To be honest, i haven’t been able to tell the difference since taking two tablets a day for a month. My previous purchase was Holland and Barrett vitamin e high strength. But they never have stock. That product made a difference in my appearance. This one so far no changes haven’t been noticed. Maybe it’s working inside and I can’t see it. Maybe.

I like taking Vit E because of its great effects on the body. This contains all 8 forms of Vit E and that is important for broad spectrum support.
