Awesome!
I bought these for Christmas game of spin the wheel! Lol. It was super fun! I laughed so much watching the pure disgust of the ones who had to eat these bugs!

Didn’t taste good
I’m someone who likes to try weird foods, so I was excited to try these. They tasted horrible though. It’s not because I think eating bugs is gross, but the actual flavor was disgusting. All three tasted the same. It’s hard to describe the flavor, but it was almost like burnt gross stuff.

Actually received a different mix than advertised, but I’m actually happier with what I received.
I bought this for my dad as a gag gift for Christmas. He’s always going on about how eating bugs in survival training was better than eating (insert any food he dislikes here). Well, I’m calling his bluff!Edit: He absolutely loved it. It only contained one of each bug in a plastic bag that was inside of a plastic box. The water scorpion was huge compared to the other scorpion and rhino beetle.

Wrong selection, great effect
Bought these for vacation bible school. Did not get the selection in the picture, but they still worked great. That giant water beetle really is GIANT! Had a leader from each of 4 groups volunteer to come up and eat a bug. Kid's loved it! Would give 5 stars if I got the selection I ordered.

Get ready!!
Not bad. I read other reviews. We got 2 armor scorpions in ours. Those were actually tasty. The beetle was EXTREMELY crunchy, and the water scorpion.... that was a rough one to even try. It’s quite intimidating. Nothing was gross, just different. I mean, these are bugs, but this had to be one of the best dares ever for fun!

No scorpion
There was no scorpion in the bag. Only a small piece of the tail. I was doing a live feed eating the bugs and had to skip that part because there was none to eat.

Variety of texture
Enthusiasts of Entomophagy (eating insects) 101.In terms of taste or aroma, nothing distinctable.wTrail Mix does describe the variety in its entirety. However each insects' appendages (wings & legs)have a unique texture based on what given insect munched & crunched on.For example, the wings of ..., similar to pulp ...as I was unable to chew it, yet reluctant to spew it,chew0ing tobaccp?Turns out this insect used its saliva with wood shavings to build.a huilf
