Nice to have as reference

In good condition but there are some underlining and highlighting in the book in many pages which sometimes hinders reading those sentences. Otherwise it's in very good condition .

This is a good text book but the material is overwhelming. It is written quite well and it is clear and concise.

My professor warned us in advance that it will be a hard read.. IT IS but I have to read it for Health Care Management.

This book is a great reference book for anyone working in health care administration. Keep it on your shelf. The information on how to lead service organizations and systems effectively, does not change.

I'm amazed at how many major concepts of healthcare organizations can be covered succinctly in one book. Used for Doctoral Class - hope this one gets a new, updated edition in the future.

This book is so dry and dense...the material is not difficult, but the book is poorly organized and written in such a boring manner that you really do not want to take the time to read it (even if it's for a class). I have other books on health care organization that are MUCH more user-friendly and actually interesting to read. Don't buy this book unless you really have to.
