I have been a customer of First Call Inks for four years and in all that time there has never been an issue. Just as with this product every delivery has arrived well packed and in a very fast delivery time. I recently had to change my printer after 7 years of heavy use and deliberately chose a printer that I knew First Call Inks did compatible ink for. This time there was a slight problem with my order and I was sent 4 large black inks instead of 2 large black inks and two photo black inks. I rang First Call to explain what had happened, they apologised profusely and said they would send out 2 photo black inks the next day. It then struck me that as I would be using the large cartridges sent by mistake the least I could do was to offer to pay for them. I emailed Lee at First Call and made the offer to him but he wouldn't hear of my suggestion adding ''it was our mistake we are sorry for the inconvenience and please accept the cartridges with our compliments''. As I said in the headline of this review, the product is first class and so is the service. In fact it rather begs the question why First Call Inks don't call themselves First Class Inks.I have no hesitation in recommending the product and the customer service department and therefore have awarded both 5 Stars.

Very good quality inks and no clogging issues with the ink. prints beautifully with my Epson XP-620

So far no problems. First call inks i variably perform well. There is of course the 'Dire Threats' from the printer when it realizes that you are not using genuine inks, but on clearing the warnings, the inks invariably go on to perform as per originals.

Arrived on time and well packaged. Good value compared to genuine inks and colour not noticeably different.

These cartridges are good quality. I would prefer to use Epson cartidges but they areSO expensive.

Have only used one so far and it was fine. Recommended supplier by Which? and price was good.
