Pink meat!
Yep, it kept my meat pink rather than that unappetising grey colour.Lot’s of positive comments about my pink meat.Best Christmas pork pie yet….

Packaging way too big for letterbox
Yet to try the product (potassium nitrate is known to assist rotting tree stumps, so only time will tell) but it was NOT delivered through my letterbox as Amazon stated because the outer packaging (at 350mm * 250mm) was way too big to fit. Instead it was left outside, but fortunately not stolen.The product sachet is a self-sealing durable bag (good) measuring 200mm * 130mm, which could easily have been accommodatedin something much smaller. My letterbox can easily accept A4 envelopes.
