Colors tend to be a little darker than you think, the light looks great on me and I usually wear light to med beige foundation. It stays on well, not orange at all. I use it all summer, re-applying every couple of days. No more pasty white legs when I wear a dress.

I really didn’t expect to like this product and was quite surprised. I felt there was no way a makeup product could work on legs, much less last for more than a day. Then there was the whole issue of matching color so it didn’t look ridiculous. It turns out that this stuff works really well. You’re able to control the depth of color based on the amount that you put on. It lasts for several days but could be removed if you really wanted to. It even survived showers if you don’t scrub your legs. Upon applying it, it’s obvious that the color of my legs changed. It’s not obvious to someone else that I’m wearing make up though. It’s translucent so it doesn’t fully cover, which is actually really good so it looks realistic. I feel like the shade I purchased would work on many shades of lighter than colored skin. I got light, not fairest, though my skin is quite light.

I ordered the "Light" shade because my skin is very pale. I expected it to provide a little color, but it looked ridiculous. It was like I had a dark tan on my legs and the rest of me still pale, at least 5 shades darker. That is NOT what I consider "light". I could still see my veins, although they were less noticeable, but that is the main reason I bought this. I wanted to hide them so I can comfortable wear dresses and skirts. Also, I never felt like it fully dried. My legs felt sticky all day. I was afraid I was going to get it all over everything. I don't think I used too much, because I started with a small amount. I figured I would add more as needed, but the small amount was already too much. Sadly, this product did not work for me. If you aren't pale as a sheet of paper or if you want your bottom half to look tanned and not the rest of you, maybe you'll like the color.

Even the light color is rather dark but since I still had a bit of summer color left, it was okay. I would need the fairest shade for the winter/spring months. Having used the spray version previously, I will say this was easier to use, better to travel with, and didn’t have the glittery sheen of the aerosol. The coverage is good and gave me enough confidence to be seen in public with less than perfect bare legs.

I have several brown spots on my legs from years of sun damage, and this product honestly made them look flawless. Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs in Light goes on smoothly, blends easily, and gives my skin an even, natural-looking finish. What impressed me most is how well it stays put — it didn’t rub off, wash off, or transfer onto my clothes, even after wearing it all day. The coverage is excellent without looking heavy or fake. If you want your legs to look smooth and even, especially for special events or going out, this product really delivers. I’m extremely happy with it.

I am a light skinned woman however I’m not of the lightest of skins. I would say I’m up light too. I can sometimes wear a light medium however, this product was so dark that I couldn’t even begin to wear it because it was too dark for me, it was made for a much darker person than what I was, but I believed in the product so I ordered another one and a lighter shave, and it was the same thing. This product isn’t too late for me. It’s too dark and even mixing the two together. Well it gives a little bit of something if I got a suntan on the rest of my body, I might be able to wear this product as it is even the lightest shade of Sally Hansen‘s leg makeups or her sprays are way too dark for my legs, arms or any part of my body years ago. She made one spray and caught the suntan spray and it was nice, and I could spray my legs with it and not feel uncomfortable when I went out in short shorts, however the next year when I went to buy a bottle they changed the colors of the same name to a darker shade and I can no longer wear the product because it is way too dark so even the lightest shade is way too dark for my skin. Be sure to sample it in the store and rub it into your hand or leg and let it sit to see if it settles down in color before you spend your hard earned earned money.

I don't write many product reviews but I felt the need to do so. I am very pleasantly surprised at how much I like this product. I got the Light color. When I first started to apply to my legs, I thought it was too dark. But after rubbing it in thoroughly, it blended in very well. I let it dry well before getting dressed and I didn't see any transfer onto my clothes. I took a bath that night and see that the next day, I still have very good coverage. It doesn't completely cover my spider veins but it does diminish the visibility of them. Very happy with this product!

Very disappointed in this. First, i ordered “light”, but it really is not light, and is orangey in color. Second, it does not cover my blue/purple veins as it promised. I have to apply several layers to get it to cover. I thought of ordering a lighter shade, but considering the fact that it doesn’t cover well, it would be a waste of money. I will have to try a different product.

This actually works really well! Easier than selftanner and it gives such a smooth effect! Only downside is my right leg is fully covered in tattoos and... it makes the tattoos very dull (of course, there's make-up on it!) had to remove all of it from my tattoos with a q-tip... So if you don't have tattoos, go for it!

I have fair skin and bought this because it said it was light. I wanted to avoid too big of a difference between my tone and the lotion but it is too dark and leaves that orange look, which I wanted to avoid.
