Its u.v. light
It helps to brighten the mood on long winter months when it feels like the sun is never going to surface again. Not sure if its helping with acne or anti again though.

Very good product
Great product must follow instructions to get best results. Had a better results with a hand held one but led lights are great to treat skin. I like that this has multiple lights which address multiple skin concerns and that u can mix light treatments.

Some pros and cons
I have another Light Photo Facial Mask at home, which fits directly on my face like some sort of robot-looking mask. That one goes on like putting on glasses with pieces behind your ears and the mask directly on top of your face. It is a bit uncomfortable because you can't move at all. It works off of a USB power bank though, so you can use it anywhere (as long as you lay down once you put it on).In comparison, the Vansaile Photon PDT LED Light Photo Facial Mask is significantly more expensive. I ordered it because I liked the idea of it not sitting on my face. I was also hoping maybe I could use it for back acne. (If you are teeny tiny, this may be possible, but not for the rest of us). I do like that I can move around a bit more with this one. What I like better:*The size*The ability to move my head around and not get stiff*The ability to use two different light types at once (such as blue and red)What I like worse:*It has to be plugged in to use*The word blue is misspelled*It is bulky and takes up a lot of space*The price. It seems just as effective as the cheaper models, not better.

Looks to be a generic design but seems to work fine.
The design looks to be generic based on identical lights showing up in the recommended section, they are similarly priced so I guess its fine if you are looking for one. The device looks to be super easy to use, the manual's operation section is literally one small paragraph. To use you just touch the colors you want to activate, set the time and touch the on button. There is a timer on the screen showing the remaining time if you have someone else using it.The build looks fine, its made of plastic but a decent feeling plastic. For power it does use a somewhat large power brick but its inline (not at the end) so the connector part you connect to the wall is the average size. The lights themselves are super bright, this unit has red, blue, yellow and infrared. The lights each have a different wavelength that reach deeper under the skin instantly, this is more efficient than using regular heat since the skin surface would have to get pretty hot to reach deep beneath the skin. The different wavelengths help in different ways, the red light helps the skin to produce collagen and infra red reaches deeper to help bones and muscles heal faster. The wavelength made by the red light is not good for your eyes so its important to use the included glasses while using. The only downside the light has is that you have to turn it on then get under it since the buttons are touch operated, it would have been better if it had an extra physical button on the side to start it. Other than that the light seems to work fine, the product page also says it has a one year warrantee.

Relaxing, Easy to Use
This unit folds out into an arc which provides a choice of therapeutic light colors for the face, or any other part of the body that needs attention. The kit comes with goggles, a power cord that plugs into an electrical socket, and a simple instruction book. Despite a few typos in the instruction book, and even on the unit (blue is mis-spelled "bule" on one button) the unit is simple to learn how to use. There is a choice of red, blue, yellow, infrared light, or a combination of colors, and a timer option which is pre-set at a default of 20 minutes. Each type of light has different benefits, which are explained in the instructions, along with a guide for how many treatments/treatments per week for results. The goggles are difficult to see through, so you need to find your way to the unit before putting them on and be ready to slide in underneath it before you put them on.I put the unit on top of a yoga mat on the floor and tried out the red and infrared light for 20 minutes, which I found was relaxing enough to substitute for a short nap or meditation session. The timer works and provides a beeping sound that wakes you up, if you fall asleep during the session. This is a really nice unit to use for the face or for smaller areas. A longer unit, which could provide a full-body treatment in one session, may be ideal. This review represents my opinion, on the date(s) it was written, of a free product from Amazon Vine Program.

Not Overly Impressed
I'm a little leery of using this device because of the incorrect spelling, grammar, and punctuation in the manual. (Weavelength? Really?) If you can't pay any attention to detail when writing instructions for a $265 machine, then maybe the device is doing something harmful. Plus I don't see what makes this so expensive to begin with.On the plus side, you get a number of different light therapies to choose from, such as blue light to kill acne bacteria. It's fairly easy to use, but be aware that you have to use this machine at least several times/week for best results. It's quite large and takes up a fair amount of space. I'm not overly impressed.

Fire Photon
This review is for the Vansaile Photon PDT LED Light Photo Facial Mask Skin Therapy Beauty Machine 3 ColorsThis is super well made and heavy. Thats what you want. Great design that feels like it could be used in a spa. Some might not like the manual and take off multiple stars. iPhone has no manual does that make it a one star. No it does not. You're not buying a manual, you're buying results.
