Westcott 10564 Acrylic Clear Ruler, 18 in

I needed a new ruler, a transparent, cheap ruler for projects. I used this ruler for accurate measuring, straight lines for previous art projects and graphing for economics. It's a regular ruler but I like that it is bendable, clear, and cheap. This ruler is pretty large so it won't fit in a small school desk container, it'll fit in a drawer and standard or large backpack though.

It’s a ruler and does what a ruler does

I ordered a clear ruler and that’s what I got. The numbers are dark and easy to see. My one complaint is that this was delivered in a huge box.

18" acrylic clear ruler. Ruler has measurements in inches and cm. I like the size of this ruler. I wished it had measurements in mm. It is sturdy and a good value.

Cheap and effective. I purchased this based on reviews and the fact that it was see-through. My only complaint is that the zero-mark is not flush with the end of the ruler. I use this for measuring standing bottles and other vertical items. I am forced to compensate by bringing the item to the edge of a table so everything lines up. Other than that, it works well and is a good value. I would recommend it.

I needed an 18" straight edge for sewing. I didn't need a long 36" yard stick or something that was bulky as I have a limited space to store my sewing notions! This is thin and flexible! It is easy to read for those times I will need to measure fabric. It will assist in straightening fabric edges and marking a line to cut straight. I am so happy I got this and for a great price, too!
