With some YouTube research it's pretty easy to replace this on your joy con, that being said it works great just a bit stiff and the "click" noise is a bit louder than the original but gets the job done

Broke my zl attempting to mod by switch, new one came in 2 days and working fantastic, install was easy for me, when compared to original one the length is exactly same contrary to some other reviews

It works just fine, but it requires an excessive amount of force to click the button, making it kinda uncomfortable to use the controller

Changed with old switch broken button cable (on the right). Colour of cable ribbon is slightly different but didnt affect the usage. Feels delicate so handle with care. After installing, ZL button works. I dont feel a difference when depressing the button. I used youtube (How to Fix L ZL R ZR buttons on Switch Joy-Con Controllers) to help with removal/installation. Found it challenging trying to remove the ZL button so be gentle. I will update if i experience rage quitting when button doesnt work.

I don’t know why people complain about the things they do, this product is identical to the original. Looks, part numbers, click…I notice zero difference between my left and right triggers. Buy with confidence. Wife and kids are happy their joy con is back to original working condition.

As other reviews have mentioned, this button switch has a very slightly stronger "click" feeling to it compared to the original button, but I kind of like how it feels, to be honest! I wouldn't replace a working ZL button with this, but I was very happy to replace the one I broke when installing custom buttons on my joy con. I would give it 4½ stars if I could. I'm very happy with it overall.
