Product defective
I received my item yesterday and have used it twice. I realized that the design of the product is good, however the trays are made too thin. Before using the item there is no deformation, but once you start the machine the trays are too thin and will curl. Once it curls the food will spill out and make a mess.

Tray is too thin
The tray is too thin and will bend during use so the batter will not spread evenly. This brand really sucks!

Bad Machine.
The Rice Roll Machine is not what it described. The tray is not even, cause for the flour liquid till to 1 end, the other ends is no liquid stick to it at all, I want to return the item, tell me how can I return it. I make rice steam roll but it is not work at allPlease I need to return this item.
