I bought this grill pan to replace one I had from William Sonoma that was impossible to clean and didn’t do a great job grilling. This one heats well, grills better, and is very easy to clean. I have other pans made by this company and I like them a lot.

Like this a lot. Healthier cooking. Easy clean up. The one gripe I have is that the grill feature on this could be made better. The groves need to be closer together for better marks on your proteins. Overall it's a great product.

This sears and cooks meat just like a cast iron grill. It holds the heat well and evenly cooks. What a revelation! Almost sorry we got a new outdoor grill last summer because ribeyes taste every bit as good when properly grilled in this pan (I like it nicely charred on the outside but still very rare on the inside). I usually clean up after meals since my wife cooks, and this was a dream to clean - it’s light weight and food slides right off. It was a little more expensive than a cast iron grill but absolutely well worth it.

It’s a pan, it cooks food as one would expect. But the ceramic coating makes it soooo easy to clean. Residue just wipes off.

I just received the pan 2 days ago, it looks great, we cooked with it once so far. It is heavy duty. I was disappointed that this pan was made in China like everything else. Is there anything made here any more, that is why I took one star off.

We made teriyaki shrimp skewers on the grill pan - we preheated the pan to sear the meat and veggies served the skewers over a bed of rice. Everything was delicious.

Used a dozen times. Everything easily washed off. Good quality product!

I miss my old grill. But, when you want some grill marks and a hint of that kind of flavor this will do the trick! Great easy to clean surface too. I recommend this. Good to have!
