Otherwise, the book is excellent, covers almost everything surgery related. The addition of perioperative management, more liver, and principles of fluid resuscitation/electrolytes would make it perfect. Great book for surgery clerkship but the book itself is coming apart and I just got it in the mail today

Great Content, Poor Construction
The content of the book is fantastic but it’s poorly constructed. Pages are falling out of the book after very light use. It’s making it very difficult to read.

Kindle version is missing pages. Just go with the hard copy. What a headache.
