A sub quality product.I purchased two six packs of these GFCI within a short time frame for a remodeling job I took on.On the second six pact I had one that was bad out of the box... I contacted seller and they replaced bad GFCI without any problems.Since I finished the job and after a few weeks I was notified that there was no power going to one of the GFCI units that I had installed (indicator lamp was off), upon inspection I found it was the GFCI unit that was bad and changed it out with a new one if the same type.Yesterday I was notified that another GFCI from the same batch had no power going to it (again indicator lamp was off) and again I found that it was the GFCI unit that was bad and I replaced it with another brand.So far three out of twelve GFCI units have gone bad. I did not seek replacements for the last two simply because I do not feel that they are a quality product that will last.

Great quality and an excellent price. The outlet does extent about 1/8 inch from plate, so if you’re looking for flush this isn’t it, but it’s a good product and would highly recommend. I had one that kept tripping but found a ground short in a switch down load. Also found these won’t power at all if your line/load are reversed which is a great safety feature. If you install and don’t get power that may be your issue.

Should have read 1 star reviews before purchasing. Bought the 6 pack because I needed multiple unit. First three out of the box installed and only 1 worked. The other two I was not even able to press the reset button. They look to be permanently tripped. Nothing wrong with my old ones. Replacing because of remodeling and needed white ones. Just to test, we installed the old unit back and everything started working. I rarely write reviews but had to in this case. Please read reviews before purchasing. Will replace with ones available at local hardware store. Will cost more but definitely will be better quality.

Replaced 5 outlets, which was fortunate because one of the “permanent “ screws come out of one outlet and was impossible to engage back in. The space allowed for wires was not enough—it was a struggle. Also the outlet receptacles are very tight fit for plugs. I’ll go with another brand next time.

Once I figured out the first one the other 5 were easy to install. They look really pretty with our kitchen backsplash and function well. The safety feature does work...experienced it first hand.

I ordered a 6 pack of these 20Amp GFCI receptacles for use in my workshop. Now that the workshop is ready for the electric installation I discovered that TWO of the receptacles did not work. They are permanently tripped and will not reset. Very disappointing. Shame on me for ordering them so early. Shame on the manufacturer for such poor quality.

I am doing a remodel & already had one go bad after a month with very little usage. we'll see how the rest do

It looks beautiful and modern. However, beware that it is not for cathedral ceilings. They have to be flat. We will not be returning our because we like it so much. We'll just find an alternative place to hang it.
