There are so many choices so I asked my friend where she got here Mullein Leaf Tea and she told me she got it at the local Co-Op store but that they frequently run out. I lucked out and got the last small amount as well as the product name which is the Frontier Co-Op. So I was then able to find it on Amazon and ordered the 1 lb bag -- I feel so very lucky. It is fresh, clean, delightful and very likely healthful for my lungs that are affected with COPD. I have plenty enough for myself and am gifting several portions to friends & family. The flavor is mild and does not need sweetner or honey but that's a personal preference. You will enjoy this tea and your body will thank you.

Fresh, good tasting tea, don't know if it's actually helping open my windpipe as it's said to do, BUT I am breathing a little easier, I notice lately. I've been drinking at least a cup every day for about two weeks now. If nothing else, it's nice tea.

My husband swears that this tea keeps his lungs clear. This is a huge package and cost-effective.
