DO NOT BUY!!!!
The media could not be loaded. I almost never write a review but this item is absolutely worthless!!!If you hang your ladder at anything more than straight up and down then the top rollers hit the support brackets. (As shown in the video) Also the bottom wheel frames are total garbage. Thin metal, and the spacer bolts are loose and just rattle around.I don’t remember the last time I was this disappointed in a product.

Beautiful Hardware for Library Ladder!!
We LOVE THIS HARDWARE! We had a custom ladder built and it fits perfectly with the hardware. One thing to note is the brackets are fixed but we added a L bracket to strengthen the connections. this baby isn't going anywhere!Smooth glide and gorgeous black!

Nice feel
This system has a nice solid feel to it, but the way that they connect together leaves something to be desired. It is very hard to make a smooth connection. Luckily the wheels are sturdy and quiet, the bumps where the rods connect can be ignored. Wheels on the base of the ladder have already after 1 week rattled loose and needed repair.Overall great look and sturdy feel, but not as user friendly as I had hoped. Also - the directions were horrid.

Can't give zero stars but wish I could!
Would have loved to return but what's under a deadline. Had to pay a welding shop to have the welds on the rails lined up. Then have it repainted. Cost me more for repairs than the actual product did. Will never buy from this company again.

Very poor workmanship!
Would have loved to return with a nasty note but do to a deadline, I actually had to pay more then its cost to have it repaired. None of the welds on the rails lined up. Very very poor workmanship.

Missing parts
All we received were two boxes of brackets no ladder

Easy to assemble.
Easy to assemble, instructions clear. Solid construction. Ordered the 12 foot and 8 foot versions. Made my own ladders.

Figure out how far into the room you want your ladder base to be prior to attaching the top railing!
We had to add a board to attach the rail as our bookcase dividers didn’t match up to the brackets. The brackets measured from screw to screw 20 inches and from the far side of one bracket to the far side of the next it’s 21 inches. With the board my husband added it worked out great! Hope this is helpful

Not great at all
Not particularly great and was missing pieces. Had to manufacture pieces to make it work
