If you want it to sing and dance well you might want to stop doing what ever illegal thing you been smoking.Well you could twirl it around your head and sing a song but to each there own I guess.Yes you could use it for self defense against a very small elf but where you going to come across a ticked off elf 🧝‍♂️.So in short you may not save the world with it but it will do the job it’s made for.It is connected to a HDD and a SDD and I see no problems with connection or speed.

I ordered this cable to add a new hard drive to my recent computer purchase and it worked great, right size and good quality. I would buy it again if I need to install another hard drive, providing it's a Small form Factor like mine and a short one is needed. Happy with it so far so good.
