Living in Florida is equal to Dante's inferno and it's like living in the 7th ring of H E double hockey sticks and the 95+ degree days suck serious biscuits!!!The standard uniform of shorts, t-shirts, ponytails and flip-flops while comfortable get OLD real quick considering 10&a half months out of the year that's all I wear!Well watching Morgan Donner Bernadette Banner and my ALLL time most favoritist YouTuber of actual LIFE 🎀 one Ms RACHEL MAKSY 🎉🎈🎊 were discussing clothing and how people dressed in the clothes they did(ain't gonna lie every time I see someone in period costume all I can think of, is how close to death they were but then they pointed out that our ancestors wore natural fibres,cotton and linen being the most common SoOoOoO I got to thinking about what I always wore and decided to try summer dresses preferring natural or a cotton blend and OMGIIDDYOD the difference is HUGE!Because the dress is flowy it's constantly pulling heat AWAY from my body vs a t-shirt and shorts that just sits there!Think about how the fabric moves as you're walking around... The skirt with a slit in the front sways as you walk whether or not a breeze is blowing! It's movement naturally wicks the heat and humidity away from the points where our normal clothes hold it in!I'm always pulling my t-shirts away from my chest and back trying to fan away the building heat but now I am wearing the long flowy dresses and I can't BELIEVE THE DIFFERENCE! I WILL BE BUYING MORE AND WILL BE WEARING THE THINNER FABRIC VS T-SHIRT MATERIAL!!!Ladies trust me🤗 especially if you live in the south 🙃 where it's ALWAYS HOT and HUMID buy two dresses in this style and I promise you within 5 minutes of walking outside you will be ridiculously happy to the point you'll feel giddy because you'll finally understand what I was talking about and you will start bidgeti to buy yourself at least 5 more! This dress is beautiful BuUuUuUuT the quality isn't very high but seriously what did you expect for $22 bucks? I bought this dress as a trial run to see if wearing a dress was all it's cracked up to be and it is lol and I will be gleefully buying MORE in this style, slit in the front and cotton blend! NO T-SHIRT MATERIAL just a comfortable beautiful dress 💗Oh and I'm 50 yrs old, 5'6" 135lbs 36 DD and this dress is very comfortable and the waist is a built in tie waist,NO ELASTIC ANYWHERE!!!!I bought the pink in a size large and it's perfect for me and I ADORE IT 💜💗💜

1st DRY CLEAN ONLY!I loved this dress so much. It's much more pretty than I expected. I thought perhaps that the horizontal lines were going to make me look larger. Not so. In fact, I was impressed at how the pattern of the lines matched up so beautifully.I can wear between M to XL as US designs go. I'm between sizes 12-14 at this moment. This dress is very flattering and sophisticated, it's flanked with 12 buttons down the front and 2 on each arm for folding up the sleeve of the arm. When left down, the arms come to right below the elbow. They can be fastened by the other button to close the sleeve. Basically 3/4 sleeve.I think I can wear it all summer as well as the fall. The colors are lovely. The XL is perfect for my figure. BEFORE I WASHED IT, in cold water, It hit at the ankle.Just one BIG problem, this cutie is made of 90-100% rayon! Rayon is known for it's shrinking properties. After trying it on to make sure that it fit, I washed it. I hung to dry and when I put it on today I almost freaked out. It's like someone played a joke on me and gave me a Barbie doll dress! I was GOING to wear it out and had every thing to go along with it right beside it!Beware Ladies, this fabric is touchy. It shrinks into doll cloths if you're not extremely careful. Do not put this in the dryer, don't even wash it. Send it to a dry cleaner! I didn't. This no longer fits me the way it did our of the bag. Their should be a label: TO DRY CLEAN ONLY!! This is made of rayon not cotton.

After reading all of the reviews, I bought 2 dresses to try. According to their size chart, I’m a M. But I bought an XL and XXL to determine size and shrinkage.YES, rayon shrinks 10-20% when hand washed in cold water. And I’m not going to dry clean a $30 garment. So here are my “Before” washing and “After” washing measurements (in inches) for the XL size:Bust: 21.75 x 2= 43.5 total bustSleeves: 17.25 long, 7.25 wideShoulder seams: 15”Length: 56”Post- washingBust: 19 x 2 = 38Sleeves: same length, 6 wideShoulder seams: sameLength- 59.5 (I don’t think it really grew in length, think that wrinkles threw off first measurement).Also note that the blue color does bleed some (at least in the first wash).This dress still fits a little strange- the armholes are HUGE. The buttons down the front are closed with elastic loops, so there’s some gaping, and yes, slit is a little too long for me, but I can sew it up a little.The XL is now a little tight in the bust, but feel the XXL will be too large even after washing (which I didn’t do so that I can return it). So I’m going to keep the XL and probably tack closed the buttons around widest parts.
