I listened to a podcast where Jamie described the target audience for this book; people who want straightforward preparation, low margin for error, and flavorful results. I think this compilation delivers.

If you don't have many Weber cookbooks (I have 10), this is the one to get.

The first cookbook I've ever read and absolutely loved it! I've been living out of apartments for the last 12+ years, and finally now a home owner with the capability to grill in the back yard.Within this book I have learned a lot about grilling and now have a ton of mouth watering recipes to prepare for my family. Highly recommend this book for anyone who is new to grilling and wants to learn more or just wants to add to their collect a large variety of fantastic recipes to try.Great value!

Lots of recipes for various tastes...taking one from starters to desserts.Basic enough for a first time grillers but with enough info & ideas that even a seasoned cook will find something of interest.And everything is straightforward...no “exotic” ingredients that people outside a major metro area won’t ever find.If one wants the “how’s & why’s” I would suggest Meathead - The science of great barbecue & grilling...but if it’s just foolproof recipes you’re after...with a bit of info...this is a great book to have.

This cook book is excellent. Great for beginners and expert griller's alike. I bought all of my kids and my brother inlay one for their belated Birthday gift after I received mine. Best caesar salad dressing recipe accompanies the grilled hearts of roaming recipe.Treasures on every page.

Excellent resource! Easy to follow recipes and a nice variety as well. Already have triedabout 8 different dishes since I got the book. A great companion to my Weber Grills.

This is a great cookbook for the grill. Saw it on our local news station with recipes being demonstrated. We have made several yummy things on the grill this summer. A must have for summer grilling! Helpful grilling tips also included in addition to great recipes.

So far we are 5 for 5 with recipes we've tried. Got it for Father's Day. Me thinks it's a keeper.

Weber's BBQ books are often outstanding. The copy of the book sent to me was more aimed at the US market-so cups for measurements & some oddly named ingredients.

Me gustó el producto pero me llegó con un ligero daño por no haberlo empacado bien. Pedí otros dos libros de weber y llegaron muy bien porque estaban en una caja, mientras que este este me lo dieron en una bolsa. El libro me parece muy bueno y la pasta muy bonita, pero me molesta que esté maltratado en la pasta y algunas hojas.

Each recipe has a full color picture showing the grilled item. Book has so many grilling tips and general information about grilling......for both gas and charcoal grills.

This is a great cookbook but the copy I ordered was badly damaged, as was its replacement. I won't order book off amazon ever again.
