This straightener works great! I have naturally curly hair that takes a little while for me to straighten normally but often when I am finished it looks flat. This straightener works well on my hair but it doesn't get to the root well. However, this helps add volume so no complaints, I just ensure that I don't use this straightener when I know it will be humid outside because my hair will turn curly very quickly. This product arrived timely and in perfect condition.

It worked amazing the first 2 times I tried it. It does leave your hair with some volume so I used my flat iron to do the front of my hair just because I prefer a straighter look in the front. I love how shiny and smooth it made my hair. Unfortunately, the third time I went to use it it broke :-/ It won't turn on anymore. I have no idea what happened. It was working fine the other times I used it. So, now it's just taking up space in my drawer.
