Great system. Easy to move from my truck to my trailer. Remote works great!! Loads my 3000 lb car with ease.

The winch I bought fit perfectly on the bracket and the same week I got it I used it to pull out tractor stuck in mud, no issues.

As the headline states, this mount is predrilled for mounting the winch and also has predrilled holes for mounting the mount itself, so it was very easy to use. The winch's hawse fairlead also bolted right to the predrilled holes on the mount. The steel is adequate for the job and has a good coat of paint. You may not be able to use on vehicles other than the Jeep1987-2006 Wrangler, but it's useful in other situations such as my trailer. I admit I balked at the cost. That's the only thing I didn't like about the Regcel mount.

I have the RUGCEL 13500 lb WINCH that I purchased for my trailer and was going to use a thick steel plate to mount it. The rope guide that comes with the winch does not actually mount to the winch, but this base is designed to mount the guide to. It is very sturdy and will securely hold the winch under heavy use and looks like it should have been included with the winch. It arrived much sooner than expected and is just what I was looking for. If I had seen the base earlier, I would have bought it then.

Will not directly bolt to OEM bumper on 2005 jeep wrangler sport. Good build quality. It is a shame because it is well constructed. I will not attempt to drill this thick plate. No mounting hardware in the box. No instructions either.

Round 1: I unboxed the RUGCEL hitch receiver winch mounting plate and was immediately disappointed. First, the hardware bag was torn and the contents scattered in the box. Next I noticed the hitch receiver pin hole is in the wrong orientation, being vertical rather than horizontal. Thirdly, the hole is crudely drilled, not circular so much as pentalobular. Initiating the return one of the options presented was to contact RUGCEL, but the link to their support page returns a "Not found" message. So I am exchanging it through Amazon and trying again with another one. I will update the review with round two after it arrives. Round 2: The replacement mount arrived, and it was manufactured wrong too! Same as the first one, the hitch pin hole is crudely drilled in the wrong orientation. And like the first one, the hardware bag was torn and the contents scattered in the box. So I returned the second one for a refund. I gave up on RUGCEL. I ultimately purchased a winch mount from a national brick and mortar store that sells import tools and such (you know the one) that was competitively priced and is of excellent quality; well packed in a sturdy box with styrofoam packing material, with excellent welds, paint, and quality hardware. Save yourself the aggravation and don't buy the Rugcel hitch winch mount; there is much better quality available for about the same money.

This mount is 3/16" thick. The "power coat" is actually pretty thick also. I mounted this on my 98 chevy 1/2. This was the only pre Drilled Winch plate I could find that was more then 34" wide. Fair lead part is all good and clears my Canadian tire Winch.

Mounted it on my steel deck car trailer . winch fit perfectly.

It works and does what it's saposse to. Showed up with a ripped box (not a big deal) but was missing nuts and bolts. Handles are also not built to fit properly. There's a massive gap between where it's saposse to mount. I'm not sure if your saposse to just tighten the bolts down to bend it in place or if there also spacers missing. (Also not the end of the world). The mount does work and feels Fairly sold. But it definitely could be better.

good for my shop tow the car that can’t start up the slope from outside the shop. It’s really convenient.
