Silence Breaking (Storm and Silence Saga Book 4) Kindle Edition

Love this book series! My daughter got me into it. She's fifteen and I'm 39 and we both enjoy these books immensely. Since the author is a historian by trade, his books are wonderfully descriptive and accurate. What is the best though are his footnotes! Not only are they informative, but funny too! I have learned quite a bit of history while reading these books.

After Silence is Golden I was starting to feel like enough is enough... the tension was starting to wear on me. As soon as I started reading Silence Breaking, I immediately forgot about my annoyance. Maybe the introduction of Mr. Ambroses family was enough to change things up a bit. I loved this installment in the series, and while i was expecting it to be the last, I'm not disappointed to see it extend for one more book. Things with Dalgliesh have to be taken care of!!

I don't know why I love these books with such an irritating main male character but the main female character more than makes up for him. The books are well written, extremely humorous, and readable.

This is another terrific book in the series. It has adventure as always and a few twists to surprise you. I greedily devoured it in one evening.

This is the only series of books that kept me dreaming and laughing for about 5 or 6 years. This 4th book is really enlightening for the relationships between the main characters and it’s one of my favorite. I recommend this story from the very first book

Really loved Lilly’s sarcasm and lots of adventurous descriptions. For those of you guys that are interested in gripping stories.
