I've bought this before and really like how they seem to update their formula with current research and trends. The batch I received this time is different from my original, but I've liked both versions.This has helped a ton with my digestive issues! The box packaging is also much better for me since I have RA. I have been using these for a while, they work for me. I have a sensitive stomach; this keeps everything right in my gut. I take them every other day. I use a a tiny bit of water, and stir as I pour it in. Just so you know, if it doesn't all stir up for you, the little clumps taste good. But it will stir up if you stir while pouring.I have tried other brands. This is the only one that has worked for me. I am glad I gave them a try.
