Boraam Spectator Pub Table, 42-Inch, Fruitwood

It’s not real wood. It’s the pressed sawdust type wood.The finish is pretty thin, and since it’s press board… there’s no refinishing. I’ve been looking for a glass top to place on it.If this is just for decoration, like mine is, then it’s perfect.If you plan on using this daily, be very careful with the finish.

Order a used like new item, when it came I unboxed it and to my surprise, parts were missing. I tried to call maker of product to see if they could just send missing part for table but got answering machine. Amazon refunded my money. It was not there fault. Seem like maker of product has quality control problem. Could have been just bad day with my order. That why gave them 3 stars. Look like the table had nice color and texture, but if didn't have part to put together, it's no good.

It took me awhile to find a table tall enough to fit our bar stools. This one popped up and I thought, why not? It didn't look cheap and when it arrived I was beyond pleased. When you open the box you instantly know the quality by being able to smell the real wood smell(not the cheap press board stuff), don't worry it fades within the first day. Once together this piece is even more impressive, trust me you won't be disappointed. BUY IT!

Built light. The table top is 3/4".The leg is well built. The table top could be better engineered by having at least two plys. On such a thin top, it should have at least two plys with grains running at 90 degrees to ensure dimensional stability and prevent cracking/splitting. The attachment of the single post leg to table top is a little skimpy. I am concerned for the longevity of this table. The finish is gorgeous and it appears to be all solid wood. I may add a thin plywood layer to the underside of the tabletop to strengthen it up. I'm not yet sure what I will do to bolster the table to leg connection.

Had some missing parts and nuts that wouldn’t thread onto to bolts. Other than that, they look nice and are very sturdy. Nice grain on table top. These are 42” high so you’ll need tall stools (28-30”), not regular dining chairs.

Good quality and very sturdy

Needed this for a small breakfast nook area. Size was perfect for the space. I was surprised at the height and will need taller barstools but that’s my fault as I didn’t premeasure the stools I have. Color was perfect because when you buy online you are at the mercy of the pictures. All my furniture is the cherry maple, so this fit right in.

Perfect table for bar area. Bought 31 inch stools to go with it. Seems very well made, sturdy and easy to put together. Great table, especially for the price.
