My favorite cookbook!
There are tons of recipes that I use in this book. Pretty basic too. I have been able to easily convert these to Instant Pot cooking also. Great bagels, bread, biscuits and gravy... The best!!

I am jaded when it comes to cookbooks - but NOT this one
I wasn't sure exactly what to expect with this cookbook as it is written by a relative newcomer to the Keto Cookbook scene (though she's been around a while with her wonderful website). When the book arrived, I flipped through quickly and was heartened to see some new recipes I hadn't seen in any of the other keto cookbooks! That's a great start! Also, the front matter that talks about what Keto is and other tips, while plenty explanatory for a newbie, doesn't take up too much of the book, for those of us who already know that stuff.The French Toast Bake recipe looks much easier than any other "french toast" type recipes I've seen, and I can't wait to try it! As well as the Faux Oatmeal (if you can't tell, I'm a sweets and breakfast person). All the recipes have nutritional information (surprisingly, some diet-related cookbooks don't have that information!) and the photos are very nice - and they look like what they are supposed to be!If there is one thing I'd change about this book - it's that it's not spiral-bound. (As a side note: this is professionally printed on HEAVY paper - not the cheap print-on-demand paper you often see. It definitely is built to last.) I can envision myself using it enough that I think I'll take it to be spiral bound myself. That will make it 100X easier to use.I can wholeheartedly recommend this book and hope to see more - a LOT more - from this author!

Best choice for keto book
The media could not be loaded. Great price for all the information you get in this book.., great pictures and instructions, recipes of breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, drinks..highly recommend for keto.

INCORRECT nutrition info AND book should be called LOW CARB for people, not keto!
UPDATE 7/10: if you buy this book, double CHECK the nutrition numbers before you eat it!! I made the quick one minute muffin this morning and it stated ONE carb per its one serving..that is totally incorrect since the 1/4cp of sunflower seed meal/flour you use has 3-4 netcarbs in it!! thats a big difference in carbs when you are on keto eating under 20 netcarbs a day. lowering to 2 stars, who knows what else is wrong in this book besides the soggy bottom with a mushy dense inside muffin was inedible at that.although this book is nice and i love that they have pics and for the most part easy to follow recipes, this book’s title is a bit misleading, it should be called easy ‘low carb’ for semi busy people not keto!! for example both cookie recipes (chocolate chips & peanut butter) result in small size cookies with one being 5.6g and other 6.5g netcarbs for one small cookie, that is NOT keto to me when one can only have 20-30 netcarbs max per day.. another example is the strawberry crumble coffee cake, it is 13.4 carbs for a tiny square piece, like helloooo that is NOT a true keto snack/desert!! even meals are high in carbs IMO, you want the delicious looking garlic-butter rib eye steak strip one, well that one will cost you 16.6 of your 20 carbs!!now don’t get me wrong this a great book (spiral version) and if i was on a low carb diet like i was before transitioning into Keto permanently, i would of LOVED this book, it is one of the best i’ve bought or gotten, easy to follow...but, as a keto recipe book, i’m not that impressed and i also don’t feel most recipes are catered to ‘busy people’ either.. for busy people, things like the 3 minute keto bread recipe online or meals that don’t require long prep times is more my style.. lots of recipes in this book are more like weekend meals when not working but, i suppose they could be prepped ahead of time.. anyhow. good buy but, more for low carb dieters/eaters IMO.

This book is a MUST HAVE cookbook that you will use everyday.
Wow!!!! This is a must have for KETO lovers!!!! This book is amazing. First, it’s laid out extremely well. The recipes make me excited to cook! The quality of the book, the beauty of the food in pictures, and the recipes themselves are fabulous. I’m especially excited about the cheese sauce, the pigs in a blanket, and the zucchini chips! I’m going to try every recipe in the book.If you love cutting out the sugar and carbs for your family, then this book is for you. I have 4 young kiddos and 2 grown daughters. This book has recipes they will all enjoy. And offering KETO dishes at special events will be easier than ever.I’m going to buy this book to give away to my KETO friends, and anyone that I’d like to suggest the KETO lifestyle to. It’ll make it an easy way to introduce KETO.I love that the author lives a KETO lifestyle for herself and her family. I follow her on Facebook and YouTube. Some cookbooks are written without knowledge or passion for KETO as a way of life. This cookbook however exudes both!

Great resource for beketo dieters!
Was very pleased with this cookbook overall! Have tried several of the recipes and they have all turned out great. Directions are easy to follow and pictures are gorgeous and vibrant! I think some of the recipes are pretty simple and things most keto people have already tried, but the cookbook has a great beginner's general knowledge that makes keto so easy to do. This is definitely a cookbook for all levels of keto!The one thing that disappoints me a little is how high the net carbs are on a lot of the recipes. For a keto person who tries to eat 20 or fewer carbs, I can only make one of these recipes every couple days due to carb counts often being around 10. (Maybe its a sign i should switch to OMAD) This isn't applicable to all recipes but several that I've seen. But still a great keto and low carb resource for sure!Can't wait to try more great recipes by Jennifer! thank you for a wonderful resource!!

Quite simply the best Keto recipe author
I have 2 of Jennifer Marie Garza's keto recipe books (Bake it and For Busy People) and they are quite simply superb. Everyday recipes with everyday foods, a huge variety so the keto/low carb way of life never gets boring.The layout in each book is colourful, the recipes inspiring, easy to follow and the carbs for each portion easy to find. I have made a lot of the dishes now and have never been disappointed yet. The books are outstanding to the point of making my other keto recipe books almost obsolete.Cannot recommend this book highly enough.

GREAT recipes, FABULOUS photos & user friendly KETO information!
Jennifer Marie Garza is a woman after my own heart. She's a Mum, a lover of great family home cooked food and an adult life spanning years of dieting. Keto has been revolutionary to me and I am now seeing a new way of life works. This cookbook is fun, colourful, inspiring and the recipes are easy to make and just plain delicious. Jennifer has made my life easier especially with her weekly emails and brilliant website. I can only imagine how long it took her to write the book but hope she creates another one soon and includes UK metric measurements and a glossary for US food equivalents. Brilliant book!

Love the book
This book is amazing! Just what I was looking for. We ve decided to go low carb and these recipes ate great- tasty, full of flavour and really healthy. The list of ingredients is just right.

Awesome!!
I love this book. All the family enjoys the food too. Some of the recipes require a fair bit of prep so you might have a later than normal dinner, but worth the wait.
