Not Erotic, Not Romantic
I read lots of erotica and thought this looked interesting. Started out promising for four or five chapters but then it started to go downhill.Julie pretends to have made a mistake in her job which she asks Peter to "help her fix". In exchange, she promises Peter she'll do anything he asks for a weekend. It's pretty obvious she's trying to make some of her sexual fantasies come true. His orders progressively go from disgusting to really, really disgusting. The romance was practically non-existent.She got a couple of kisses, maybe one or two orgasms. As for erotica, after several exhibition exercises that Peter subjects her to, he takes her to a hotel where he proceeds to share her with about a dozen of his like-minded friends. Beyond that, I guess I just don't have the mindset to get stimulated by reading about getting peed on and drinking pee. If that floats your boat, you'll love the dildos being pulled right out of one woman's orifices (yes, plural) and inserted into another's.Why, you ask me, did I even finish this garbage? I think I'm just constitutionally unable to leave a book unfinished. I'm the eternal optimist who is always thinking there has to be a payoff at the end. Even the so-called 360 at the end that another reviewer mentioned couldn't save this mess.I do have to admit that the writing was pretty good, but it was wasted on this.

Writing is decent but wordy, didn't care for the content.
I'm normally good with many variants on erotica and porn, but consent and communication are really, really good things in my world. While consent is given as a blank check in this book, things happen that more than push the boundaries and left me not wanting to continue, I DNF'ed at 30%.Two co-workers enter into a contract: she will do anything (meaningful gaze) he wants for three days. No other rules. No disclaimers. No safe words, negotiations, or hard limits. I left the book during a scene that was...***Wait! Spoiler alert!!***... probably meant to be erotic but read as creepy AF where unwashed horny strangers in a porn theater ganged up on her to grope and ejaculate on her while her three day partner watched and forced her to continue until he'd had enough. I think I need a shower after that, and not a cold one.An example of the "talking herself into doing naughty things" writing of a book that sounds like it has potential to turn into a barely consensual prolonged rape fantasy. (The scene I pulled the below from was decent). "She tried to think again, but her heart was beating too loudly, her lips were dry and she did not know what to say. She tried to remember all the speeches she had given herself over the last few days to build her courage, but here, faced with the reality instead of the fantasy, it was completely different. If she tried for too little it might back-fire on her, but she had never been spanked before and she did not know how much it would hurt. Would it really be like she had read about? Better? Worse? How much could she stand? She was beginning to feel afraid."

Disappointing
I could barely finish this book. I thought it was a romance novel, but that is NOT true. There is no romance in this book. If you are a lover of loveless and humiliating sex, you might enjoy this book. However, if you are a lover of passionate and meaningful sex, you will NOT enjoy this book. I am the later.

Not what I expected
Julie, what can I say about her. And Peter, well, he got duped. This book totally surprised me. It did a complete 360 in the end. Not what I expected. You need to read it to understand.

Not for Faint of Heart
I knew this was going to be a kink filled story, but wasn't prepared for how hard core it was. Never the less, the story twist at the end was quite cute.

Book review
It was interesting but at the end the content just got a little weird for me. But I did like the rest of the book.
