To start, I have tried a lot of sleep aid products... and I really do mean a LOT. My sleeping issues have been chromic for most of my adult life. Though tempted, I have stayed away from going down the prescription sleep aid route; habit forming along with added addiction issues. None have really worked, at least not for any length of time. Those that contain diphenhydramine have been the most effective, but only for short periods of time, then I need to break away for a while before I can effectively use them again. Lately there have been a lot of reports that long term use of diphenhydramine is linked to dementia, which is a major concern for me as I am definitely into my later years.Anyway, I came upon these and they really seem to help me fall asleep. I had my doubts after my long list of failures (they take up a substantial portion of my medication shelf), but I have really found these gummies to be effective. For anyone else who has gone down the rabbit hole of sleep remedies I can definitely recommend these gummies as something you should at least try. Others have sworn by other remedies and told me to try them, but for me they simply didn't work and maybe these wont work for everyone. But for someone who has seemingly tried them all... this one has really helped me.

I have been using this product for a few years now. I love everything about it, but it is just a little too sweet (and this comes from a person who loves sweets). In the past, I tried just melatonin, and it didn't work that much for me. This sleep aid is great because chamomile and lavender work together to relax an overthinking mind.I only wish they would make it zero-sugar (without aspartame and alcohol sugar, of course).Please make it zero-sugar or offer it as an option. THIS PRODUCT IS THE BEST I HAVE EVER USED TO HELP MY SLEEP. IHAVE TRIED OTHER BRANDS BUT DID NOT GET THE RESULTS , ALTHO I SOMETIMES TAKE 2-3 FOR A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP. I AM 89 AND AM SO GLAD TO FIND SOMETHING THAT WORKS, AND I LIKE THE CHAMONILLE AND LAVENDER GUMMIES. A SWEET TREAT AT BEDTIME.

Works good but the liquid form is stronger and works much better

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Best ever! No grogginess next day. I used it for months and never had to go up a dose like with other melatonin. Worth the price.

Generally the best melatonin supplement i’ve ever taken. Many melatonin products give too much of a dose and have the opposite effect leaving you really groggy. When i take these about an hour after i start feeling tired which is super helpful with my insomnia.Can’t go wrong with this one and i think the other stuff in it helps as well

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Uses it for two weeks. Didn’t help with sleep. They taste good.
