I do a lot of wiring and good side cutters are indispensable. These are good ones. I use them to cut a lot of copper electrical wire and they give a clean cut with ease. As big as they are, the head is small enough to fit into tight quarters. The long handles give you leverage to cut thick wire and the jaws are strong enough to handle whatever you stick into them. Handy and useful on the job and made to last years.

Rough finish but very effective. I had to cut about 50 drywall screws with these, no problems. They cut wire and cable just fine, but not really meant for electrician work in my opinion. Great for pulling nails, staples, cotter pins And screws. Long reach and plenty of leverage. Great in the garage. These are very nice cutters, but I wouldn’t recommend these as a primary diagonal cutters for an electrician as they are not sharp and the ergonomics are not good for everyday electrician work. They are sharp enough to cut through about anything , just not sharp as electrician wire cutters. They are made like this so the blades don’t damage and last a long time. Really, a great tool unlike any other I’ve seen.
