Great to add to filtosmart 100
I got this to add to a filtosmart 100. Keep in mind you will need an additional adapter kit for this. Working well.

Fit perfectly in my canister
Bought 2nd hand canister cheap ($40) and decided to buy a new heater for it. Fit perfectly. Don't know if it's working properly cause I don't have a thermometer.. but I'm not complaining for the price!

Failure!!!!
Purchased at the end of February failed The beginning of may.I have 13 aquariums and am always looking for the beater product. I would not recommend this product unfortunately.

Maybe got a bad one.
Have it installed in the 100 canister. Had to crank it to full blast, but still 16 gal tank temp is 74ish. Wrapped canister in insulation blanket, and 1/2 the tubing. Still at full blast it's only heating max 74ish. Wonder is anyone else has experienced this problem?

Didn't work after 6 months of use
Didn't last. Stopped working after 6 months. Really disappointed. I would think it would last at least 1 year.

Broke after 12-14 months of use
Worked well for a little over a year (Jan 2019 original purchase). Been broken for months now with a loud clicking noise and unable to heat 10g tank to 22 deg Celsius. Now here I am buying another since i have the Oase filtosmart thermo 100 Canister.
